Jamie Campbell / Architect & Director

BA(Hons), Dip Arch, ARB, RIBA

Jamie has extensive experience in the concept design, planning, detail design and delivery of complex construction projects at varying scales. He is a creative problem solver and is always striving towards the highest standards of service, design and delivery. 

He is also a dad of two, a keen surfer, an amateur cyclist and can often be found at the local Parkrun on a Saturday morning.

Sophie Griffiths, Campbell & Co Architects

Sophie Griffiths / Architect & Director

BSc(Hons), MArch, ARB

Sophie brings her considerable design talent and experience to the leadership and running of the practice. She has extensive cross-sector experience through all RIBA Workstages with projects of varying scales. Her rigorous, professional approach has led to excellent client feedback and some truly outstanding completed projects. Sophie is also a visiting critic at the University of Bath.

Away from the studio, you’ll find Sophie on the football pitch, up a mountain or out on the water kayaking.

Emily Hinchliffe - Architectural Assistant, Campbell and Co

Emily Hinchliffe / Part II Architectural Assistant

BA(Hons), MArch

Having studied at Newcastle University and London Metropolitan University, Emily has a passion for community-focused projects, humanitarian architecture and client-led design. Before joining Campbell & Co, Emily gained experience working in both the UK and Spain focusing on residential and hospitality projects.

Outside architecture, Emily can be found cycling, skiing and more recently dipping her toes into the cold work of outdoor swimming.

Noelene Russell Architect - Campbell & Co

Noelene Russell / Architect

BSc(Hons), MArch, ARB

Originally from Northern Ireland, Noelene qualified as an architect from London Metropolitan University in 2020. She has gained a wealth of experience working in practice for several years, primarily in mixed-use and residential sectors. Noelene is passionate about working with existing buildings to regenerate places through conversion, adaptation, and creative re-use.

In the evenings and weekends Noelene will often be outdoors, playing tennis, practising yoga or walking in the Surrey Hills.
