Maple House

When we first arrived at Maple House it was clear that the living spaces (and peeling wallpaper) had been designed for a different era; the spaces were disjointed, disconnected from the garden and had very little natural light.

The challenge lay in transforming the spaces on a limited budget, being mindful that we were working with a rental property rather than a forever home, but also with ambitious clients who wanted to radically improve the house through well-considered design.

The new living spaces are filled with natural light and provide a convivial setting for family life. The interiors are calm and considered, ready for tenants to add life and character to create their own home.
