A reconfiguration and refurbishment project in a period property in Reigate to create a contemporary open-plan flat filled with natural light.
This split-level flat in an Edwardian building was reconfigured and refurbished to create a generous open-plan living, kitchen and dining space with a contemporary oak staircase leading to the first floor bedroom and bathroom. We worked closely with a local metalworker to design a bespoke steel balustrade which folds over each stair tread. We were also commissioned to provide interior design ideas for the client and design custom kitchen units to maximise the amount of storage space provided.
